Why the HUUS Meet?

+ How soundproof is the HUUS Meet?

The HUUS Meet Boxes combine multiple layers of acoustic materials such as MDF, acoustic foam and wool felt. This ensures a reduction in noise and noise by 29 dB.

+ Is the box comfortable even for longer use?

The HUUS Meet has 4 powerful roof fans that allow it to exchange air volume 2.5 times per minute, so you always stay fresh. To ensure you don't run out of power during a long call, there are USB and power ports to keep you connected. Bright lighting ensures you stay focused and look good on the call. The HUUS Meet has an electric sit-stand desk for changing positions during long meetings. The seats can be folded to provide more space when standing.

+ How much will I save if I choose the box?

The boxes save you real estate costs. They are compact and flexible and can therefore open up unused areas. With HUUS, meeting rooms that would otherwise only be used by one or a few people are now available for team collaboration. Plus, the boost in productivity and increased team satisfaction bring great value.

+ How high is the table? Can I work sitting or standing in the box?

You can work both sitting and standing. The table height can be flexibly adjusted between 650 mm and 1300 mm. This makes the box comfortable for all body sizes.

+ How many boxes do I need?

This depends on how large your office is, how intensive the usage will be (e.g. whether the teams have a lot of meetings), and which teams will be using it. We recommend planning a HUUS Meet for 10-20 people, depending on the number of existing meeting rooms.

+ Can I get a custom color to match my office/design?

We offer our classic boxes in black and white. To further personalize them, they are available in any color in the RAL palette. You can also choose between three sofa color options (black, gray, cream) and add a dimmer and light temperature control.

+ Where is the box produced?

Wenn du schnell zusätzliche Meetingfläche brauchst, ohne dein Büro umzubauen. Die HUUS Meet schafft als Meetingbox einen ruhigen Raum direkt im bestehenden Arbeitsbereich und nutzt Flächen, die sonst oft ungenutzt bleiben. Außerdem kannst du die Meetingbox rückstandslos umziehen und musst so keine Handwerker koordinieren, die deinen Büroalltag beeinträchtigen.

So entstehen neue Möglichkeiten für Gespräche, ohne dass große Meetingräume für kleine Abstimmungen blockiert werden.

Entscheidend ist, wie ihr die Box im Alltag nutzen wollt: eher für kurze Abstimmungen, längere Gespräche, hybride Meetings oder Kundentermine.

Daraus ergibt sich, ob Standard reicht oder ob Pro mit Videokonferenz-Technologie besser passt. Auch Farbe, Sofafarbe, Licht- und Lüftungssteuerung und Ausstattung sollten zur Nutzung und zum Bürodesign passen.

+ Wie verändert die HUUS Meet die Zusammenarbeit im Team?

Eine Meetingbox gibt kleinen Gruppen einen festen Ort für ruhige Gespräche. Dadurch werden Meetings konzentrierter, vertrauliche Themen bekommen einen Platz und der offene Bürobereich bleibt leiser.

With the HUUS Meet Pro you get the latest video conferencing technology with a 180-degree camera from Jabra, HD monitor and speakers - easy to connect with just a USB-C cable. The HUUS Meet Standard does not contain video conferencing technology.

+ What is the difference between the HUUS Meet Standard and the HUUS Meet Pro?

The HUUS Meet Pro contains all the features of the standard product, plus the latest video conferencing technology with a 180-degree camera from Jabra, HD monitor and speakers - easy to connect with just a USB-C cable. It's perfect for teams with lots of hybrid meetings. If you only have physical meetings, the HUUS Meet Standard is the right product.

+ Can the box be used for podcasts?

Yes! Several podcasts were recorded in our boxes at the OMR Festival 2022.

Since the HUUS Meet is complex to set up, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

We offer a 2 year guarantee on our products. If something goes wrong, you can simply contact us and we will be happy to help!

Assembly and usage instructions

+ Can I assemble the box myself?

The HUUS Meet consists of many parts and is complex to set up. That's why it has to be built by our teams.

+ How much does your assembly service cost?

The combined cost of delivery and assembly is €950.

+ Do I need a specific environment to use the boxes? Are there any restrictions on where I can put them?

Our boxes are pre-wired and just need to be plugged in - so you only need one power connection. A 5m long power cable is included so you can find a good location. They also have a LAN connection. If you want to use them, that is also a factor when choosing the place for the HUUS Meet. The boxes come with height-adjustable feet so you can easily adapt them to uneven floors.

+ Can I move the boxes after they are assembled?

The HUUS Meet is a complex and heavier product. So it would be better to choose a place where she can stay.

+ How do I care for the box?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with glass cleaner. The tables are protected with varnish and can be wiped down regularly. The external walls are painted, so we recommend wiping them with a soft cloth.
