Return Policy & Warranty

Voluntary 100-day return policy

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we also grant all customers a voluntary right of return of a total of 100 days from the day of receipt of the goods. This right of return allows you to withdraw from the contract even after the statutory cancellation period has expired.

You can exercise your right of return by informing us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email, telephone or post) within 100 days of receipt of the goods (the period begins on the day the goods are received). The prerequisite for exercising this voluntary right of return is that you return the goods in their entirety and in an undamaged condition.

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and only pay the assembly and dismantling fees. The assembly and dismantling fees are twice the delivery and assembly price specified in the offer, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.

 

 

Warranty declaration

HUUS GmbH, Pfnorstraße 10, 64293 Darmstadt, grants you a 2-year warranty on the products offered , excluding upholstery and fabric covers, from receipt of the goods.

Warranty claims must be made immediately after the defect occurs within the warranty period. The warranty covers the quality of the products and is granted for defects in the product that are due to a material and/or manufacturing defect.

Excluded from the warranty are:

(1) Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g. impact, shock, fall);

(2) Damage caused by failure to follow the specified operating instructions;

(3) Damage caused by changes made;

(4) Damage caused by force majeure.

The warranty claim expires if repairs or interventions are carried out by persons who are not authorized by us, or if our products are provided with spare parts, supplementary parts or accessories that are not original parts and this causes a defect.

In the event of a warranty claim, HUUS GmbH will, at its own discretion, either repair defective parts or replace them or the entire product. If a repair is not possible and an identical product is no longer available in the range for the purpose of replacement, you will receive a replacement product that is as equivalent as possible.

A refund of the purchase price is not possible in the event of a warranty claim. This warranty also does not provide any claims for damages.

Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire product.

This warranty is valid throughout Europe. Your statutory rights, in particular warranty rights, continue to apply to you and are not restricted by this warranty. Asserting these rights is free of charge.
