Return Policy & Warranty
Voluntary 100-day return policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant all customers a voluntary return policy of a total of 100 days from receipt of the goods. The return policy applies only to the first box ordered. With this return policy, you can also withdraw from the contract after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
You can exercise the return policy by informing us of your decision within 100 days of receiving the goods (the period starts on the day the goods are received) via a clear statement (e.g. by email, by phone, or by post). A prerequisite for exercising this voluntary return policy is that you return the goods complete and in their original, undamaged condition.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price and pay only the assembly and disassembly flat fees. The assembly and disassembly flat fees together amount to twice the delivery and installation price fixed in the offer, unless otherwise agreed in the offer.
Warranty statement
For new products, HUUS GmbH, Pfnorstraße 10, 64293 Darmstadt, grants you a 2-year warranty, excluding upholstery and fabric cover from receipt of the goods. For used products, HUUS GmbH, Pfnorstraße 10, 64293 Darmstadt, grants you a 1-year warranty, excluding upholstery and fabric cover from receipt of the goods.
Warranty claims must be made without delay after the defect occurs and within the warranty period. The warranty covers the condition of the products and is granted for defects in the product resulting from a material and/or manufacturing defect.
Excluded from the warranty are:
(1) Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g. impact, shock, drop);
(2) Damage caused by failure to observe the operating instructions provided;
(3) Damage caused by modifications made;
(4) Damage caused by force majeure.
The warranty claim becomes void if repairs or interventions are carried out by persons not authorized by us, or if our products are fitted with replacement, supplementary, or accessory parts that are not original parts and this causes a defect.
The HUUS boxes are to be positioned in accordance with our assembly and operating instructions and readjusted/tuned if necessary. If the boxes are moved by the customer without authorization or are not properly readjusted, we accept no liability for any resulting damage. The warranty may become void for all affected components.
In the event of a warranty claim, HUUS GmbH will, at its own discretion, either repair defective parts or replace them, or replace the entire product. If a repair is not possible and an identical product is no longer available in the range for replacement purposes, you will receive a replacement product of comparable value wherever possible.
A refund of the purchase price is not possible in the event of a warranty claim. This warranty also does not grant any claims for damages.
Warranty services neither extend the warranty period nor start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed replacement parts ends with the warranty period for the entire product.

This warranty is valid throughout Europe. Your statutory rights, in particular your rights under the warranty laws, remain in full force and are not limited by this warranty. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
