Why the HUUS Meet?

+ How soundproof is the HUUS Meet?

The HUUS Meet booths combine multiple layers of acoustic materials such as MDF, acoustic foam and wool felt. This ensures a reduction in noise and noise by 36 dB.

+ Is the booth comfortable even for longer use?

The HUUS Meet has 4 powerful roof fans that allow it to exchange air volume 2 times per minute, so you always stay fresh. To ensure you don't run out of power during a long call, there are USB and power ports to keep you connected. Bright lighting ensures you stay focused and look good on the call. The HUUS Meet has an electric sit-stand desk for changing positions during long meetings. The seats can be folded to provide more space when standing.

+ How much will I save if I choose the booth?

The booths save you real estate costs. They are compact and flexible and can therefore open up unused areas. With HUUS, meeting rooms that would otherwise only be used by one or a few people are now available for team collaboration. Plus, the boost in productivity and increased team satisfaction bring great value.

+ How high is the table? Can I work sitting or standing in the booth?

You can work both sitting and standing. The table height can be flexibly adjusted between 650 mm and 1300 mm. This makes the booth comfortable for all body sizes.

+ How many booths do I need?

This depends on how large your office is, how intensive the usage will be (e.g. whether the teams have a lot of meetings), and which teams will be using it. We recommend planning a HUUS Meet for 10-20 people, depending on the number of existing meeting rooms.

+ Can I get a custom color to match my office/design?

We offer our standard booths in black and white. To further personalize them, they are available in any color in the RAL palette. You can also choose different sofa colors and add a dimmer and light temperature control.

+ Where is the booth produced?

Our booths are 100% designed and produced in the EU.

+ When is the HUUS Meet more useful as a meeting booth than another classic meeting room?

If you quickly need additional meeting space without renovating your office. The HUUS Meet, as a meeting booth, creates a quiet room directly in the existing workspace and utilizes areas that often remain unused. Furthermore, you can move the meeting box without leaving any traces, thus avoiding the need to coordinate craftsmen who might disrupt your daily office routine.

This creates new possibilities for discussions without large meeting rooms being blocked for small consultations.

+ Where should the HUUS Meet be placed in the office?

Ideally where meetings naturally occur: close to the team, but not in the middle of a thoroughfare. Important factors are a sensible location where the box will be noticed, a power connection, and a LAN connection if needed.

The HUUS Meet is pre-wired and professionally assembled. This quickly transforms an empty space into a usable meeting room.

+ What should be clarified before configuring the HUUS Meet?

The decisive factor is how you intend to use the booth in everyday operations: whether for quick alignments, longer discussions, hybrid meetings, or client appointments.

This will determine whether the Standard model is sufficient or if the Pro model with video conferencing technology is a better fit. The color, sofa color, lighting and ventilation control, and furnishings should also match the intended use and office design.

A meeting booth provides a fixed location for small groups to have quiet conversations. This makes meetings more focused, provides a dedicated space for confidential topics, and keeps the open office area quieter.

The booth is comfortable for 2-4 people. With the HUUS Meet Pro you get video conferencing technology so that you can bring in as many people as you want virtually.

+ Is video conferencing technology included?

With the HUUS Meet Pro you get the latest video conferencing technology with an HD monitor, speakers and integrated camera- easy to connect with just a USB-C cable. The HUUS Meet Standard does not contain video conferencing technology.

+ What is the difference between the HUUS Meet Standard and the HUUS Meet Pro?

The HUUS Meet Pro contains all the features of the standard product, plus the latest video conferencing technology with an HD monitor, speakers and integrated camera - easy to connect with just a USB-C cable. It's perfect for teams with lots of hybrid meetings. If you only have physical meetings, the HUUS Meet Standard is the right product.

+ Can the booth be used for podcasts?

Yes! Several podcasts were recorded in our boxes at the OMR Festival 2022.

We deliver the HUUS Meet in 6-8 weeks.

The combined cost of delivery and assembly starts at €1.390.

Returns and Guarantee

+ Can I return the box if I am not satisfied?

As one of the few providers of meeting boxes, we also offer a 100-day trial period for the HUUS Meet. If you're not satisfied, you're welcome to return it. You'll only be charged for the costs of setup and disassembly.

+ What if something goes wrong?

We offer a 2 year warranty on our products. If something goes wrong, you can simply contact us and we will be happy to help!

Assembly and usage instructions

+ Can I assemble the box myself?

The HUUS Meet consists of many parts and is complex to set up. That's why it has to be built by our teams.

+ How much does your assembly service cost?

The combined cost of delivery and assembly starts at €1.390.

+ Do I need a specific environment to use the boxes? Are there any restrictions on where I can put them?

Our boxes are pre-wired and just need to be plugged in - so you only need one power connection. A 5m long power cable is included so you can find a good location. They also have a LAN connection. If you want to use them, that is also a factor when choosing the place for the HUUS Meet. The boxes come with height-adjustable feet so you can easily adapt them to uneven floors.

+ Can I move the boxes after they are assembled?

The HUUS Meet is a complex and heavier product. So it would be better to choose a place where she can stay.

+ How do I care for the box?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with glass cleaner. The tables are protected with varnish and can be wiped down regularly. The external walls are painted, so we recommend wiping them with a soft cloth.
