Why the HUUS booths?

+ How soundproof are the booths?

The HUUS booths combine multiple layers of acoustic materials such as 22mm MDF, acoustic foam and felt. This ensures a reduction in noise between 30 and 33 dB(A) which classifies the booths in sound insulation class A according to ISO 23351-1.

+ Are the booths comfortable even for longer use?

The HUUS booths have powerful roof fans with strong air circulation. To make sure you don't run out of power during a long call, there are USB and power connections to keep you connected. Bright lighting keeps you focused and looking good in the call. The HUUS Meet has an electrically adjustable table and comfortable, wide seats that can be folded away for more space when standing. The HUUS One and Call have a foldable table and an adjustable table system that allows you to choose your optimal height and position of the table. This makes the booths comfortable for all body sizes and ideal for sitting or standing.

+ Was bedeutet die Auszeichnung „Ergonomisches Produkt“?

The ‘Ergonomic Product’ certification (Institute for Health and Ergonomics) emphasizes the high-quality features and user-friendliness of our products. The HUUS booths were awarded the highest rating of ‘highly recommended’ by the consumer service ‘Label-online’.

Our booths were assessed in accordance with the strict standards of DIN EN ISO 26800 / EN ISO 15537, which ensure measurable usability and ergonomic quality.

+ How much will I save if I choose the booths?

The booths save you real estate costs. They are compact and flexible and can therefore open up unused areas. With HUUS, meeting rooms that would otherwise only be used by one or a few people are now available for team collaboration. Plus, the boost in productivity and increased team satisfaction add great value.

+ Do I need a HUUS Meet or a HUUS One?

HUUS Meet is ideal for meetings up to 4 people (one-on-one meetings, contract negotiations, presentations) and hybrid meetings with the rest of the team. HUUS One & Call are perfect for a person to retreat for focus or an important call. Which product you need depends on your office use and setup. It may make sense to choose a combination of both.

+ How many booths do I need?

This depends on how large your office is, how intensive the usage will be (e.g. whether teams need time for calls and private focus), and which teams will be using them. We recommend using a HUUS One for 5-10 people and a HUUS Meet for 10-20 people, depending on the number of existing meeting rooms.

A combination of both sizes can be useful to remain flexible for customer appointments, concentrated work, on-site meetings, etc.

+ Can I get a custom color to match my office/design?

We offer our classic booths in black and white. To further personalize them, they are available in any color in the RAL palette. For the HUUS Meet you can additionally choose the sofa color from more than 60 options.

+ Do all booths have height-adjustable tables?

Yes. The HUUS One & Call have a manually adjustable table to be comfortable for all heights and both sitting and standing. The HUUS Meet offers an electric sit-stand table. The seats can be folded to provide more space in standing meetings.

+ Where are the booths produced?

Our booths are 100% designed and produced in the EU.

Shipping and delivery

+ What are the estimated delivery times?

Deliveries to Germany: We deliver the HUUS One & Call within 4-6 weeks and the HUUS Meet within 6-8 weeks. Depending on availability, we can deliver booths in stock within 4 weeks.

Deliveries to Switzerland & Austria: 2 additional weeks for the delivery.

Deliveries to other EU countries may vary.

+ Do you deliver everywhere?

We deliver across the EU.

+ How high are the shipping costs?

We produce in and ship the HUUS booths from Lithuania.

Delivery to Germany: from 150€ for the HUUS One (if you assemble it yourself), otherwise we charge the delivery and assembly service from 490€. For the HUUS Call delivery + assembly is available from 690€ and from 1,290€ for the HUUS Meet.

Delivery to Switzerland: from 990€ for the HUUS One. Delivery + assembly is available from €1,090 for the HUUS Call and from €1,990 for the HUUS Meet.

Delivery costs to other EU countries are calculated individually.

Returns and Warranty

+ Can I return the booth if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 100-day test phase for all booths. If you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return it free of charge. You only need to cover expenses for assembly and dismantling.

+ What if something goes wrong?

We offer a 2 year warranty on our products. You also have the option to extend the warranty to up to 5 years. If something goes wrong, you can simply contact us and we will be happy to help!

Assembly and usage instructions

+ Can I assemble the booths myself?

The HUUS One can be set up in about an hour with 2-3 people. It comes in 6 prefabricated modules that are easy to assemble. Some modules weigh up to 50 kg, so it's best to have 2-3 people help.

The HUUS Call and Meet are more complex and therefore have to be assembled by our professional teams.

+ Do you offer an assembly service? How much does it cost?

Yes, we always offer our booths including assembly, so that you get guaranteed soundproofing and the booths work perfectly.

The exact delivery and assembly costs depend on the product and the delivery zone. You can find out the exact details from us.

+ Do I need a specific environment to use the booths? Are there any restrictions on where I can put them?

Our booths are pre-wired and just need to be plugged in - so you only need one power connection. A 5m long cable is included so you can find a good spot. The booths come with felt-covered, height-adjustable feet so you can easily adjust them to uneven floors.

+ Can I move the booths after they are assembled?

The HUUS One and Call have felt-covered feet and can therefore be moved slightly. If you want to move to another floor, you can dismantle and reassemble them.

The HUUS Meet is a more complex and heavier product. So it would be better to choose a place where it can stay.

+ How do I maintain the booth?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with glass cleaner. The tables are protected with varnish and can be wiped down regularly. The external walls are painted, so we recommend wiping them with a soft cloth.
