Why the HUUS box?

+ How soundproof is the box?

The HUUS One combines multiple layers of acoustic materials such as MDF, acoustic foam and wool felt. This ensures a reduction in noise by 36 dB for the HUUS One and by 39 dB for the HUUS Meet.

+ Are the boxes comfortable even for longer use?

The HUUS boxes have 4 powerful roof fans with strong air circulation that regenerate the air volume 2.5 times per minute, so everything stays fresh. To ensure you don't run out of power during a long call, there are USB and power ports to keep you connected. Bright lighting ensures you stay focused and look good on the call. The HUUS One has a folding table and an adjustable table system that allows you to individually adjust the height and position of the table and accessories. This makes the boxes comfortable for all body sizes and ideal for sitting or standing.

+ How much will I save if I choose the box?

The box saves you real estate costs, is compact and flexible and can open up otherwise unused space. With HUUS, meeting rooms that would otherwise only be used by one person are now available for team collaboration. In addition, the productivity and satisfaction of the teams is increased.

+ How high is the table? Can I work sitting and standing?

We have developed an easily adjustable table system that allows a height of 66 cm to 130 cm. The table is also foldable. This provides a large table that can be stowed away to free up space if needed. The cabin can therefore be used comfortably by people of different heights and when sitting or standing.

+ Do I need a stool in the box?

We recommend using a bar stool for more comfort. From a design and functionality perspective, we recommend the HAY Cornet bar stool (high). But you can use any bar stool with a height of approx. 75 cm.

+ How many cabins do I need?

This depends on how large your room is and how intensively the boxes are used (e.g. how much time the teams need for discussions and individual concentration). We recommend planning a cabin for 5-15 people.

+ Can I get a custom color to match my office/design?

We offer our classic boxes in black and white. To further personalize them, they are available in any color in the RAL palette. You can optionally add an Ethernet port, a chair and a dimmer.

+ Where is the box produced?

Our boxes are 100% designed and produced in the EU.

Shipping and delivery

+ What are the estimated delivery times?

We deliver our HUUS One within 4-6 weeks.

+ Do you deliver everywhere?

We deliver throughout the EU.

+ How much are the delivery costs?

We produce and ship from Lithuania to the EU. The shipping costs are €100 for the HUUS One.

Returns and Guarantee

+ Can I return the box if I am not satisfied?

But of course! You have 100 days to test the box. If you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return it free of charge.

+ Risk-free test: How does it work, who pays for return shipping and dismantling?

If you are not satisfied, we will pick up the box from you - free of charge.

+ What if something goes wrong?

We offer a 2 year guarantee on our products. If something goes wrong, you can simply contact us and we will be happy to help!

Assembly and usage instructions

+ What's in the package?

The HUUS One comes in 6 large modules (including a laminated glass door). Included in delivery is a table top with a folding table and an adjustable shelf. A 5m power cable is included to connect the box to the power supply. An Ethernet port is available as an additional option.

+ Can I assemble the box myself?

Yes, in about an hour with 2-3 people. The box comes in 6 prefabricated modules that are easy to assemble. Some modules weigh up to 70 kg, so it's best to have 2-3 people help.

+ Do you offer an assembly service? How much does it cost?

Yes, we offer setup for €295, including unloading, setting up and connecting your new box. We give a discount for orders with multiple boxes.

+ Do I need a specific environment to use the boxes? Are there any restrictions on where I can put them?

The box is pre-wired and just needs to be plugged in. All you need is one square meter of space and a power connection. A 3m power cable is included so you can find a good spot. The box has felt-covered, height-adjustable feet so you can easily adjust it to uneven floors.

+ Can I move the box after it is assembled?

Yes, the cabin has felt-covered feet so it can be moved easily. If you want to move to another floor, you can dismantle and reassemble it.

+ How do I care for the box?

The laminated glass door can be cleaned with glass cleaner. The tables are protected with varnish and can be wiped down regularly. The external walls are painted, so we recommend wiping them with a soft cloth.
